This is top 10 Movie that can be nominate in Oscars Nominations 2012

1. The Front-Runner
It can’t be said enough: “The Artist” — a silent, black-and-white romance from France — has become the movie to beat. Miraculous.

2. The Veterans

We’re betting the excitement never gets old, even if you’re Meryl Streep (17 nominations), George Clooney (7), Steven Spielberg (13) or Martin Scorsese (10).

3. The Newcomers

This is the first Oscars for Jessica Chastain, Jean Dujardin and “Margin Call” writer-director J.C. Chandor. But there’s a good chance it won’t be the last.

4. The Veteran Newcomer

How is it possible that Gary Oldman has never walked this red carpet before?

5. The Octogenarians

Supporting Actor nominees Christopher Plummer and Max von Sydow — both 82 — are competing to bring home their first Oscar after a lifetime of acclaimed work.

6. The Comediennes

What a delight to see “Bridesmaids” represented by Supporting Actress Melissa McCarthy and co-writers Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo.

7. The Documentary Shorts

Some of the best movies of the year can be found in this category, and they’re screening now at the IFC Center.

8. The Fan Favorites

Halle Berry, Tina Fey and Tom Hanks are among the official presenters. But it’s unlikely any will be welcomed as enthusiastically as Kermit and Miss Piggy.

9. The Family Film

As its 11 nominations attest, “Hugo” is a child’s-eye masterpiece designed for all ages.

10. The Overlooked

Let’s spare a thought for the fine actors who deserved to attend tonight, including Albert Brooks, Kirsten Dunst, Andy Serkis and Tilda Swinton.

The Moment whene Kevin Love Defeats Kevin Durant in 3-Point Shootout

The 2012 All-Star Three Point Shootout just ended, and Kevin Love defeated Kevin Durant in a suspenseful final. Durant acquitted himself well this year after his poor showing a year ago, when he finished last amongst all contestants. This time out, Durant stuck with much better shooting mechanics and it paid off with three strong rounds. Unfortunately for him, Love was up to the challenge and defeated Durant in the final round, 17-14. I am pretty sure that this is the first time that a power forward has ever won this contest, and wouldn't you know it, it happened in one of the most unusual seasons in NBA history.

Special props to Durant, who was a last minute addition for the shootout in replacing an injured Joe Johnson. He didn't win, but he shot the ball well and even had Charles Barkley almost ready to admit that Durant is a better scorer than Carmelo Anthony. Almost.

'The Celebrity Apprentice' New Season - Don't miss it

The drama and emotions in Celebrity Apprentice (Global, 8 p.m.) are about as bogus as they come, even by reality TV’s shoddy standards. But as The Donald keeps reminding us in the two-hour opener of the show’s fifth season (which first aired Sunday on NBC), it’s all being done for good causes, with money being raised for participants’ chosen charities.
For Saturday’s project leaders, American Chopper co-founder Paul Teutul Sr. and Venezuelan actress and model Patricia Velasquez, that’s the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Wayuu Taya Foundation for indigenous children in Latin America, respectively.
Saturday Night Live (Global, NBC, 11:30 p.m.) is a rerun with host Charlie Day, of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia fame and infamy, and musical guest Maroon 5.
The don’t-try-this-at-home series Wipeout (ABC, 8 p.m.) presents a winter edition called A Sight for Sore Ice – go ahead, boo – in which family pairings take on such obstacles as the Cold-Hearted Snake and a thingamajig called the Pain in the Ice.
Reruns from the second season of The Borgias (CTV, 10 p.m.) continue with an outing in which Lucrezia (Holliday Grainger) gives birth in a convent and the family Borgia seeks annulment of her marriage.

Sunday
The Oscars (CTV, ABC, 8:30 p.m.) were never really intended to be a TV event: The movies predate TV, after all. That’s what the ceremony has become, though. The Oscar presentation has evolved into one of the year’s most-watched, most-talked-about, highest-rated TV spectacles.
Johnny Depp steals the show in Life’s Too Short (HBO Canada, 10:30 p.m.), playing himself. Worth it just for the scene in which he tells Ricky Gervais how he’s going to get even for those Golden Globe gags.
The Amazing Race (CTV, 7 p.m.) isn’t about to stop for something as trivial as the Oscars. Reality TV’s most absorbing competition program finds the teams in Argentina, where they face a challenge at “the world’s largest cattle market.”
The Simpsons (Global, Fox, 8 p.m.) counters the Oscars with a repeat of last fall’s Treehouse of Horror Halloween show, which includes riffs on 127 Hours, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, Dial M for Murder and Avatar.

What is Danica Patrick do in Nascar Nationwide race at Daytona

Danica Patrick won the pole for the season-opening Nationwide Series race at Daytona, set for Saturday afternoon.
Patrick will be the first woman to start from the top qualifying spot in NASCAR's second-tier series since Shawna Robinson did it at Atlanta on March 12, 1994.
But,
After starting from the pole position in Saturday's Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway, Patrick was caught in a crash when JR Motorsports teammate Cole Whitt nudged her rear bumper and sent her spinning into the wall.

Patrick vented her frustration on the radio with her team immediately after the wreck, then acknowledged after the race that she wanted an explanation.

"I don't think it's ever great when teammates come together," Patrick said. "So we'll have to figure out what happened and move forward."

And the Result

James Buesher, driver of the Number 30 Chevrolet, is the winner of the 2012 DRIVE4COPD 300 Nationwide Series race at Daytona International Speedway. Buescher battled through 120 laps of mayhem, including a last-lap crash that took out front-runners like Trevor Bayne, Tony Stewart, Elliott Sadler, Joey Logano, Kurt Busch, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Kyle Busch, to take the victory, despite being in a crash himself late in the game.

Buescher said of his first victory, “It’s incredible. This is top of the list for any race car driver to win at — and we did it.”  He’s not the only first-time winner this weekend, as rookie John King won the Camping World Truck Series race on Friday night.
